How does Trusted Humans work?

We scan websites for text and media, then run them through our detection tech. It looks for patterns that humans don't typically make, weird phrasing, too-perfect stock imagery, that sort of thing. It's not magic, just good pattern recognition.

Is checking a company free?

Yes. Anyone can enter a URL and we'll check it for free, up to a certain limit of URLs per day. If you're a company wanting to claim your profile and get a badge, that's where the paid plans come in.

Are there any costs when I decide to set up my business to use Trusted Humans?

All business plans are paid, starting at the prices shown above. There's no free tier for businesses, but the investment is worth it: you get a verified badge, analytics, the ability to respond to feedback, and customer trust.

Do you provide training when I sign up for a paid account? What happens afterwards?

For business accounts, we provide onboarding support to help you claim your profile, set up your badge, and understand your analytics, if needed. After that, you can manage everything through our dashboard, and we're always here if you need help.

Do I have to pay when I sign up for Trusted Humans?

Not for a personal account. Sign up for free to check companies and save favorites. You only pay if you're a business wanting to claim your profile and display your badge on your website.

What happens to my company's reviews if I stop using your service?

Your profile stays visible to users, but without an active subscription you lose the verified badge, analytics access, and the ability to respond to feedback. Your historical data remains intact.

How long am I bound to a plan?

Depending on your subscription term, if monthly or annual, but in both cases you can cancel before renewal, but refunds aren't available mid-term.

How many credits does a scan require?

Depending on the content of the website being scanned, the number of credits required may vary. Usually, as a reference, a standard website page requires approximately bewtween 5 and 30 credits.
